I am a person who enjoys a wide range of activities though I am most interested in geographical and rock related subjects. I have become passionate about local cave exploration and any weekend will find me out in the bush hunting down nearby tunnel systems. Photography, gemstones, travel and an experience of other cultures are also things that interest me. I am an avid writer and have just published a book called "Rockwatching: Adventures above and below Ontario". In between blogging I am working on another book about mineral collecting in the north.
